Nordic Walking, is a complete sport, respecting the body and suitable to all.

Less aggressive than jogging, Nordic walking is a complete sport. Practiced otdoors, with walking poles, it makes the whole body work by strengthening various muscular groups and improving physical condition and endurance. This type of walking facilates the energy flow throughout the body and favours oxygenation of the brain and body cells. It eases tensions, prevents osteoporosis and reduces the risks of falls and injuries.

ForestGym proposes more than 40 circuits in the Sonian Forest (Forêt de Soignes) , the lungs of Brussels, from Uccle to Woluwe, including Boistfort, Auderghem or La Hulpe. Specific seasonal walks are also organised to discover other natural beauties such as the Bois de Halle or abroad.
