Purpose of the data?
We register your personal data in order to ensure the necessary administrative, financial and operational follow-up of your registrations to our courses, our holiday camps, our events, our sessions, products purchased and infrastructure reservations. Your data may also be used for the communication about new products and services offered by ITA, as well as keeping you up to date with information that is considered useful to our members.
How long will your personal data be kept?
Your personal data is kept for 3 years or as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested. During this period your data can be consulted by our management team and our staff (independent ITA contracted coaches) who will supervise the activities to which you have subscribed.
Right of access to your personal data?
In accordance with the law GDPR, you can exercise your right of accessing and updating your data. This can be done by connecting to your space ‘MyITA’ or by contacting the management team during office hours.
How to withdraw my consent?
If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data or that of a member of your family (members whose data are accessible in your 'MyITA' account), you just have to edit the data of the person concerned and click on: I withdraw my consent.
Communicating your data to third parties?
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except in special cases (example: security entrance to the facilities where you have registered for a course, school/tennis club).
